Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 lb no yolk egg noodles
- 2 tbsps black pepper
- 4 cups water
- 2 medium pieces grilled chicken
Directions
- In a Dutch oven, bring water, broth, chicken, pepper and carrots to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and continue cooking carrots until carrots are al dente.
- Add dry noodles, stir occasionally and cook for 10 more minutes or until desired tenderness.
- Enjoy.
