Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced fried pork
  • 6 cups water spinach
  • 1 cup organic shitake mushrooms
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsps oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp 100% pure avocado oil

Directions

  • Cut water spinach about 3-4 inches long. Soak in cold water. Rinse off after a couple of minutes.
  • Chop garlic and chili peppers. Slice mushrooms.
  • Sauté mushrooms in avocado oil until browned. Add garlic then chili peppers.
  • Add pork and water spinach. Mix until the greens are tender.
  • Add oyster sauce and soy sauce. Mix well but do not overcook.
