- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 114 g baby bella mushrooms
- 7 oz penne
- 680 g roasted garlic pasta sauce
- 16 oz ground turkey 90/10
Directions
- Cook penne according to package instructions. Reserve pasta water.
- Toss mushrooms in a skillet until brown. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, brown ground turkey and season with spices.
- Add mushrooms and pasta sauce.
- Once it boils, add 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Divide into 4 servings.
