- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1 large whole tomato, chopped and seeded
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 2 large carrots, chopped
- 4 medium scallion
- 4 oz parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh
- 1 tsp sugar
- 12 oz farfalle
- 1/2 cup salad seasoning
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Combine mayonnaise and sour cream in large bowl.
- Add salad seasoning (like McCormick brand), sugar, and lemon juice to mixture. Mix well.
- Fold in pasta and vegetables into the dressing mixture, and mix well.
- Chill for at least one hour before serving.
