- 1 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz dry rotini pasta
- 550 g turkey breast meat
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 3/4 cup 5% greek yogurt
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash black pepper
Directions
- Cook rotini according to package instructions.
- In a lightly greased pan, sauté garlic with turkey. Cook until the color turns light brown.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
- Put in the cooked rotini, mix, then serve.
