Ingredients
- 125 g plain flour
- 125 g whole grain flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 fl oz water
- 200 g spinach
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
- Make a well in the center.
- Crack egg into the well, and remaining wet ingredients including finely chopped spinach.
- Mix center wet ingredients with a fork, gradually bringing in dry ingredients.
- When mixture has come together, flour a table or workbench and gently knead the dough.
- Wrap in cling wrap. and leave to 'relax' for a good 20 minutes.
- Use a pasta maker to roll and cut dough.
