- 2 2/3 cups penne
- 1 1/4 cups original diced tomatoes & green chilies
- 14 frozen shrimp
- 42 g finely shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted sweet butter
Directions
- Boil penne according to package instructions.
- Sauté shrimp in a nonstick skillet until the color turns pinkish orange.
- Remove shrimp from the pan. Add butter, milk, and cheese. Cook until thickened.
- Add penne and shrimp, then mix.
- Garnish and serve.
