  • 1 cup dandelion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 oz solid white albacore tuna in water

Directions

  • Hard-boil 4 eggs.
  • While eggs are coming to a boil, chop dandelion and mix the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
