Ingredients

  • 4 oz chunk light tuna in water
  • 1 tsp spicy brown mustard
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 2 tsps Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsps yellow mustard

Directions

  • Chop carrots and celery and put in medium sized bowl.
  • Drain tuna from water and put in a bowl with carrots and celery.
  • Add mustards on top and mix well.
  • Put baby spinach in a bowl or on plate and top with the tuna salad mixture.
