  • 1/4 lb lean ground turkey
  • 2 tbsps salsa
  • 0.12 avocado
  • 1 cup shredded or chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 2 oz fat free shredded cheese, shredded

Directions

  • Cook turkey until browned, drain any fat.
  • Grate cheese, chop onion and cut avocado into slices.
  • Prepare salad as desired
  • Add salsa and sour cream as dressing.
