Saucy Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1 can chicken
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tbsp mayonaisse, light
- 1 oz cheese, fat free
Directions
- Open can of chicken, drain as much as possible.
- Chop chicken up with fork or spoon, then take a paper towel and press it on to the chicken to get as much of the liquid out as possible.
- Mix in the mayonaisse (use very little, just enough to hold the chicken together). Stir well.
- Mix in as much or as little salsa as you would like.
- Top with cheese, like cheddar or American.
- Try and be creative, add other salad ingredients.
