Ingredients

  • 30 oz boneless, cooked chicken breast
  • 4 stalks medium celery
  • 2 large scallions or spring onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onions
  • 1/2 cup country style cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup 5% greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsps olive oil

Directions

  • Chop chicken into chunks and vegetables into smaller pieces.
  • Squeeze juice from lemon. Mix with mayonnaise, cottage cheese, olive oil, and yogurt.
  • Combine all ingredients and season to taste.
