- 350 g red bell pepper
- 225 g red onions
- 740 g canned garbanzo beans (no salt added)
- 2 1/4 cups english cucumber
- 375 g celery
- 60 g young green onions
- 6 tbsps red wine vinegar
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1 tsp coarse kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
