Vegetable Salad with Lemon Juice
A great detox salad for lunch.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed avocados
- 1 lemon yields fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 block tofu
- 1 cup pieces or slices boiled mushrooms
- 1 cup boiled potatoes
- 3 tbsps black olives
- 1 cup cherry cherry tomotoes, halved
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 4 medium baby carrots
Directions
- Simply chop all the ingredients up, and peel the potatoes.
- Put the carrots, potato, mushrooms in boiled water, and let boil until they go soft.
- Put all the vegetables in a bowl and mix together well.
- Add freshly squeezed lemon all over salad.
