- 70 g wild-caught pink salmon
- 1/4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 35 g bread crumbs seasoned
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dill (dried)
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1 large egg white
- 1/2 tbsp butter
Directions
- Shred the salmon and add mayonnaise.
- Add the remaining ingredients except butter and half of bread crumbs. Stir until combined.
- Divide into 4 portions, form into balls, and roll in the remaining bread crumbs.
- Press slightly and fry in buttered pan, flipping once until brown on both sides.
