  • 70 g wild-caught pink salmon
  • 1/4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 35 g bread crumbs seasoned
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dill (dried)
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/2 tbsp butter

Directions

  • Shred the salmon and add mayonnaise.
  • Add the remaining ingredients except butter and half of bread crumbs. Stir until combined.
  • Divide into 4 portions, form into balls, and roll in the remaining bread crumbs.
  • Press slightly and fry in buttered pan, flipping once until brown on both sides.
