  • 2 cups extra long grain rice
  • 2 cups red lentils
  • 5 oz green peas
  • 2 cups cooked shrimp
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 medium celery stalks
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 lemon

Directions

  • In big pot, sauté onions and celery. Season to taste.
  • Add rice, cooked lentils and peas.
  • In pan, sauté shrimp and 1/2 a lemon with sazon spice.
  • Combine ingredients and other 1/2 of lemon.
