- 2 cups extra long grain rice
- 2 cups red lentils
- 5 oz green peas
- 2 cups cooked shrimp
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 medium celery stalks
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 1 lemon
Directions
- In big pot, sauté onions and celery. Season to taste.
- Add rice, cooked lentils and peas.
- In pan, sauté shrimp and 1/2 a lemon with sazon spice.
- Combine ingredients and other 1/2 of lemon.
