  • 1 slice wheat bread
  • 1/4 tsp or 1 packet mustard
  • 2 oz light tuna
  • 1 slice fat free american cheese
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions

  • Use a small amount of yellow mustard to cover the bread.
  • Ad light tuna in water to cover the mustard.
  • Place slice of cheese over tuna.
  • Sprinkle with black pepper.
  • Toast in the toaster - this is an "open face" sandwhich, so only 1 piece of bread is used.
