Ingredients
- 1 slice wheat bread
- 1/4 tsp or 1 packet mustard
- 2 oz light tuna
- 1 slice fat free american cheese
- 1 dash pepper
Directions
- Use a small amount of yellow mustard to cover the bread.
- Ad light tuna in water to cover the mustard.
- Place slice of cheese over tuna.
- Sprinkle with black pepper.
- Toast in the toaster - this is an "open face" sandwhich, so only 1 piece of bread is used.
