  • 418 g pink salmon wild caught alaskan
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond meal flour
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash black pepper

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven at 350°F.
  • Mash salmon in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
  • Form patties with approximately 2 inches diameter. Place in parchment lined tray.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool then serve.
