- 1 head medium cabbage
- 1 lb tri-color cole slaw
- 1 3/4 cups tomato puree
- 1 tsp garlic & herb seasoning blend
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 14 1/2 oz no salt added diced tomatoes
Directions
- In large pot add about 20 cups water.
- Chop cabbage into bit size pieces.
- Dice onions.
- Add bag of cole slaw, carrots, tomato puree, diced tomatoes and seasoning.
- Cook down some and add more water if needed.
- Note: add whatever spiced you like.
