- 3 1/2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 2 cups baby arugula
- 6 cups water
- 2 tbsps onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
Directions
- Bring water to a boil with pinch of salt.
- Add broccoli and arugula and boil until broccoli is soft.
- Allow to cool and then puree in blender until smooth.
- Add spices and season to taste. Reheat when serving.
- Note: sprinkle tiny bit of cheese or drizzle olive oil on top prior to eating.
