Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby arugula
  • 3 1/2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsps onion powder
  • 6 cups water

Directions

  • Bring water to a boil with pinch of salt.
  • Add broccoli and arugula and boil until broccoli is soft.
  • Allow to cool and then puree in blender until smooth.
  • Add spices and season to taste. Reheat when serving.
  • Note: sprinkle tiny bit of cheese or drizzle olive oil on top prior to eating.
