Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 large egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 block plain ramen noodles, broken up
  • 1/2 medium green bell pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves

Directions

  • Add the bell pepper, lettuce and chicken broth to a large pot. Bring to a boil.
  • Add the soy sauce and ramen noodles. Boil for 3 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and add the egg, stirring constantly.
  • When egg has cooked add the cilantro and sesame oil. Serve immediately.
