Ingredients

  • 3 medium onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 28 oz tomatoes, chopped
  • 15 oz navy beans
  • 3 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup pieces or slices mushrooms
  • 1 medium zucchini, chopped
  • 1 tbsp bavarian seasoning

Directions

  • Spray a dutch oven with non-stick spray and over low to medium heat, add onion and garlic, and sauté 4 minutes or until tender.
  • Add everything else except zucchini and mushrooms and cook 30 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients and cook again to preferred softness.
