- 1 package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 clove garlic
- 6 cups water
- 10 oz petite tomatoes, diced
- 3 cubes vegetable bouillon cubes
- 1/2 cup chopped purple onion, diced
- 1 tsp old bay seasoning
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a large pot.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
