  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup green peas
  • 1/3 cup corn
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 tsp thyme

Directions

  • Place all vegetables, along with onion, garlic and thyme in a pressure cooker.
  • Add water and bring to a boil.
  • Pour cooked vegetables, along with vegetable broth in a mixer.
  • Add salt and cheese. Blend all ingredients well until smooth.
