- 16 oz ground pork
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 2 poblano peppers, seeded and chopped
- 31 oz chicken broth
- 31 oz water
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 oz orange peel (small orange)
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 15 1/2 oz hominy
Directions
- Brown meat. Drain any fat.
- Add onion, pepper and garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about an hour.
- Remove orange peel before serving.
