  • 4 oz onions
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 8 oz chicken meat
  • 4 oz pasta, small pieces
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  • Sauté onion, carrot, celery in small amount of olive oil, then add some water and cook until soft.
  • Add stock, low carb noodles, parsley and cook till noodles are done.
  • Add cooked chicken, heat through and enjoy.
