Ingredients
- 4 oz onions
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 8 oz chicken meat
- 4 oz pasta, small pieces
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Sauté onion, carrot, celery in small amount of olive oil, then add some water and cook until soft.
- Add stock, low carb noodles, parsley and cook till noodles are done.
- Add cooked chicken, heat through and enjoy.
