  • 3 oz rotisserie chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 2 tsps or 1 packet spicy mustard
  • 2 slices light swiss cheese
  • 3 leaves outer lettuce

Directions

  • Wash and dry lettuce leaves then set aside.
  • Take the rotisserie chicken breast and pull apart, making sure to discard the skin.
  • Take a leaf of lettuce and place a slice of fat free Swiss and two cucumber slices on top. Next, layer a small handful (approximately 1 oz) of chicken on top.
  • Dress with spicy mustard and wrap leaf into a tight bundle. Can exchange spicy mustard for yellow, honey mustard or fat free mayonnaise.
