- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 22 oz raw chicken breast
Directions
- Mix together sour cream, milk and italian seasoning into a bowl. Put bread crumbs into another bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil onto a large baking sheet.
- Dip chicken into milk mixture first, then into crumb mixture, and place on oiled baking sheet.
- Bake 350 °F (175 °C) for 40 minutes.
