- 3 oz crimini mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsps condensed tomato soup
- 1/4 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 flatbread
- 1 tomato
Directions
- Spread soup over flatbread, top with half of the cheese.
- Arrange mushrooms/tomatoes/spinach and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 400 °F (205 °C) until crispy about 20 minutes. Enjoy.
