Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs baby Dutch yellow potatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup fat free zesty Italian dressing
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Spray a 9"x13" baking dish with cooking spray. Place chicken and potatoes in prepared pan.
- Pour dressing over chicken and potatoes. Sprinkle with seasoning and cheese. Cover with foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes, remove foil and continue baking 10-15 minutes or until chicken and potatoes are cooked through.
