- 1 cup chopped pecan nuts
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 48 oz pork chops
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Directions
- Trim fat off pork chops.
- Combine pecans and parmesan cheese.
- Dip chops in egg whites.
- Roll in pecan cheese mix.
- Place on sprayed 9x13" pan.
- Lightly place tin foil over chops.
- Bake at 375 °F (190 °C) for 35 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake 5-10 minutes more. Serve.
