  • 1 cup chopped pecan nuts
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 48 oz pork chops
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions

  • Trim fat off pork chops.
  • Combine pecans and parmesan cheese.
  • Dip chops in egg whites.
  • Roll in pecan cheese mix.
  • Place on sprayed 9x13" pan.
  • Lightly place tin foil over chops.
  • Bake at 375 °F (190 °C) for 35 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake 5-10 minutes more. Serve.
