  • 1/4 lb ground turkey
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded monterey cheese
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 dash seasoned salt

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Cut the top off the red pepper and remove all seeds and insides.
  • Mix the meat with black pepper and salt.
  • Fill the red pepper with the meat, cover with foil, and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Add cheese on top when the meat has browned and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
