- 2 cups chopped red onions
- 1 stalk broccoli
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 3 cups butternut squash
- 2 cloves garlic
- 500 g potato gnocchi
Directions
- Pre-heat oven at 400°F. Chop all ingredients and transfer to bowl.
- Add olive oil and toss to combine.
- Line in baking sheet and cook for 30-40 minutes until squash is tender.
