- 48 oz boneless beef brisket (lean only eaten)
- 16 cups water
- 3 tsps minced garlic
- 1 tbsp organic minced ginger
- 1 tsp himalayan pink salt
- 8 cups cooked japanese (daikon) radish (fat added in cooking)
- 4 cups chopped mustard greens
Directions
- Boil beef with ginger, garlic, and salt for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
- Add chopped daikon and boil for about 10 minutes.
- Add mustard greens and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off heat then serve in a bowl.
