Ingredients

  • 2 cups pinquitos (pink beans)
  • 2 cups garbanzo beans
  • 4 cups stewed tomatoes
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp leaves basil
  • 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 2 cups kidney beans

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a large sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and let simmer for 1-3 hours before serving
  • Note: I like to freeze meal size portions. It makes for a fast and easy meal later.
