A great marinade that made me like steaks again.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 oz cider vinegar
  • 1 oz worcestershire sauce
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz soy sauce
  • 10 g curry paste
  • 2 oz lean steak

Directions

  • In a bowl or a container, mix the liquid ingredients and then add the curry paste and if you're using the dry type, mix it well with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Add the steak and place bowl in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour.
  • Remove steak from the bowl and grill in a non-stick pan as preferred.
  • Note: add a side dish of light salad and you'll be done.
