Ingredients
- 225 g turkey
- 225 g extra lean beef
- 2 tbsps ketchup, low salt
- 0.12 cup bbq sauce (2 tbsp)
- 4 large egg whites
- 1/2 medium onion
- 40 g bread crumbs
- 40 g chili powder
Directions
- Mince the beef and turkey meat yourself (if possible) to ensure leaner cuts.
- Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
- Separate mix into four equal portions and shape into burger patties.
- Grill until ready, approximately 6-8 minutes per side (about 6 minutes on George Foreman grill).
- Freeze any unused mixture.
