Ingredients

  • 7 oz whole wheat egg noodles
  • 2 tbsps parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz olives, sliced
  • 3 1/2 oz turkey pepperoni
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium orange bell pepper, sliced
  • 10 oz sliced mushrooms

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Spray a 2 quart baking dish with nonstick spray. Cook the noodles as directed. Rinse and drain.
  • Spray a large non-stick skillet with non-stick spray. Cook mushrooms, bell pepper, onion over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add the beef and cook until browned.
  • Add the spaghetti sauce, soup, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and the noodles. Spoon into the baking dish.
  • Bake until hot, about 40 minutes. Top with the remaining cheddar and remaining ingredients. Bake 5 minutes longer.
