Ingredients

  • 4 lbs rib eye steak
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsps light butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsps green onions
  • 1 tsp or 1 packet mustard
  • 1/2 lemon yields lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh chives

Directions

  • Take the steaks and coat them with with salt and black pepper.
  • In a skillet take the steaks and add 2 tbsp of the light butter and mix in the mustard and onions.
  • Cook for ~4 minutes on each side and then remove and put aside, keeping warm.
  • Add the lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and remaining butter to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Chop the parsley and chives and pour over the steaks.
