  • 1 tbsp lite soy sauce
  • 0.12 tsp black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper, finely
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion, finely
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 4 Kaiser rolls

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients well, divide into 4 equal patties.
  • Grill or fry in pan till desired doneness.
  • Serve on Kaiser rolls with your favorite toppings.
