Ingredients

  • 400 g turkey mince
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin, ground
  • 1 tsp coriander, ground
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili flakes

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients together well and make into eight patties.
  • Heat up griddle pan. Cook each burger for 5 minutes, turning to chargrill all over.
