Chicken and Noodle Casserole

Simple and delicious cheesy casserole.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 16 oz chicken breast
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Directions

  • Cook noodles according to package.
  • Cook boneless chicken breast till done. Then cube.
  • In a casserole dish, mix milk, soup, parmesan cheese and black pepper.
  • Once chicken is cubed add to dish and mix. Once noodles are done add to the dish and mix
  • Bake on 400 °F (200 °C) for 25 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top. Put back in oven for another 5 minutes to melt cheese.
