- 3 sprigs cilantro
- juice of 4 limes
- 16 skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups hot salsa
Directions
- Stir together salsa, cilantro and lime juice.
- Add chicken, if frozen stand the breast up on their sides so the salsa can flow between them.
- Add more salsa to mostly cover, if needed.
- Cook on high in a slow cooker for 6-8 hours.
- Drain, retaining chicken, tomato and pepper chunks, then fork shred the chicken.
