  • 3 sprigs cilantro
  • juice of 4 limes
  • 16 skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups hot salsa

Directions

  • Stir together salsa, cilantro and lime juice.
  • Add chicken, if frozen stand the breast up on their sides so the salsa can flow between them.
  • Add more salsa to mostly cover, if needed.
  • Cook on high in a slow cooker for 6-8 hours.
  • Drain, retaining chicken, tomato and pepper chunks, then fork shred the chicken.
