  • 2 tbsps lime juice
  • 3 tbsps fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 small oranges
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • 16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tbsps chopped scallion
  • 1 tsp green chilies, diced

Directions

  • Combine Worcestershire sauce, lime juice and chicken in a ziploc plastic bag.
  • Refrigerate up to 4 hours.
  • Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl to make salsa. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
  • Pre-heat grill or broiler.
  • Grill or broil chicken until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Serve chicken with salsa.
