- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsps fresh lime juice
- 16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
- 3 small oranges
- 2 tbsps lime juice
- 2 tbsps chopped scallion
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- 1 tsp green chilies, diced
Directions
- Combine Worcestershire sauce, lime juice and chicken in a ziploc plastic bag.
- Refrigerate up to 4 hours.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl to make salsa. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
- Pre-heat grill or broiler.
- Grill or broil chicken until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Serve chicken with salsa.
