Ingredients

  • 2 tsps minced garlic
  • 1 lemon's juice
  • 24 oz chicken breast, without skin
  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 1 tsp leaves dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cube chicken bullion
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  • Rub oregano, and black pepper over chicken and melt butter in a skillet.
  • Brown chicken about 3 minutes then place in the crock pot.
  • In the same skillet bring lemon juice, water, and chicken bouillon to a boil then pour over the chicken in the crock pot.
  • Set crock pot on high and cook for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
  • Before serving add parsley. Serve with pasta or brown rice.
