- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 4 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken breasts
Directions
- Brown chicken breast both side for 5 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and soy sauce.
- Cook for 15 minutes or when chicken is done.
- Cover with Swiss cheese and serve when melted.
