Ingredients

  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsps kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 tsps cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

  • Puree all ingredients except the chicken in a food processor until smooth.
  • Marinate the chicken in the marinade for about an hour in the fridge (or overnight).
  • Broil chicken for 12 - 15 minutes.
