  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 0.12 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp coriander seed
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 oz grilled chicken breast chunks
  • 3 cups pepper stir fry

Directions

  • Spray nonstick pan with cooking spray. Saute vegetables and chicken until vegetables are cooked and chicken is heated through.
  • When nearly done, add spices and soy sauce. Stir.
  • Add quinoa last. Stir until quinoa it's heated through.
  • Remove from heat and serve.
