Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsps chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 cup pasta sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium sweet red pepper, sliced
  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 0.12 cup water
  • 10 oz wholewheat pasta, cooked
  • 0.06 cup flour (a tbsp)

Directions

  • Cook the red peppers and onion in frying pan until tender and brown.
  • Take the chicken fillets, chili powder, flour and water and add to the frying pan. Stir regularly and simmer for 8 minutes.
  • Boil the pasta and cook until aldente.
  • Pour the chicken and sauce over the pasta.
