Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast fillets
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup honey

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  • Mix honey, lemon juice and soy sauce together.
  • Marinate chicken in the honey mixture for at least 30 minutes (can be longer if you want the mixture to really soak in).
  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
  • Be sure to baste the chicken a few times during cooking so that chicken does not dry out.
